Enjoy lake life in this charming, 1,000 square foot cottage. The three bedroom, one and a half bath cottage sleeps six. Walk out the front door a few short steps to your private dock, perfect for boaters and lake enthusists! Enjoy the view from the new deck that spans the whole front of the cottage - beautiful sunrises and sunny days on Indian Lake!
We do not rent to bachelor or bacheloret parties or to people under 21 years old.

Park your own boat or PWC at the dock, or rent a boat from a local marina.
Enjoy water activities: beaches, boating, skiing, tubing, jet skiing, fishing, canoeing, etc.
Nearby is a golf course and driving range along with a roller rink.
The Ohio Caverns are within a thirty minute drive
For winter fun, Mad River Mountain offers down hill skiing and tubing

Weekend Rentals are 75% of weekly rate when available
Minimum stay must be at least two nights
Deposit $100 (deposit will be returned to renters if cottage checks out fine following the rent period / deposit will be kept by owners if there is a cancellation)
