Vacation Rental Description

Casa de Suenos is a 4 bedroom villa majestically perched on the 
mountain side over looking John's Folly in Coral Bay, St. John. This 
newly-built home is elegantly furnished with private bedrooms at 
each corner, upstairs and downstairs. An additional one-bedroom 
cottage located next to the pool is ideal for an extra guest or 
couple. 

The aerial view from the great room is exhilarating! The tall, 
arched windows in the great room allow you to see the expanse of 
ocean and sky surrounding this island paradise. On a clear day it's 
possible to see Peter Island, Le Duck, Tortola and more, while 
listening to sounds of the surf down below. Nestled against the 
mountain, this stately villa is cooled by tropical breezes. The 
great room has beautiful seating, including a dining table that 
seats eight and plush living room furniture. Amenities include state-
of-the-art satellite service and flat screen TV. 

The gourmet kitchen features an island bar where the cook or chef 
can easily participate in conversation with others. Top-of-the-line 
new appliances, spacious Corian countertops and beautiful cabinetry 
will delight your cooking needs. 

All four bedrooms in the main house feature fantastic views, air 
conditioning and tropical designer furnishings. Each bedroom has a 
private full bath. The sumptuous master suite has its own outdoor 
access down to the pool. Take in endless views of Johns Folly Bay, 
the East End of St. John as well as the British Virgin Islands. The 
twin bedroom off the pool deck is private and comfortable. The twin 
beds can also be made into a king-size bed. The other bedroom off 
the pool deck has a queen futon sofa bed. This bedroom, when not in 
use, is ideal for lounging near the pool area. 

The spacious, one-bedroom guest cottage is located right next to the 
main house. Like the main house, the guest cottage has a fully-
equipped kitchen, flat screen TV, bedroom A/C, half-bath upstairs, 
private deck and the same breath-taking views. A spiral staircase 
leads to the bedroom and full bath on the lower floor. The guest 
cottage has beautiful furnishings and fantastic ocean views.

Activities and Attractions

Three-quarters of the land on St. John is part of the Virgin Islands 
National Park. The world-renowned North Shore beaches - Trunk Bay, 
Cinnamon, Maho, Hawksnest - are all part of the National Park and 
accessible to all. Hike the many trails within the Park and see 
petroglyphs made by long-ago native peoples. 

Visit the Sugar Mill ruins at Annaberg Plantation. Snorkel the 
guided trail at Trunk Bay.
