Our cottage is not near the beach, or on a bluff overlooking the beach, it is on it's own private Lake Michigan beach! The A-frame cottage looks out onto Lake Michigan and is 15 steps to its own private beach front. Your home for the week also includes an upgraded interior, large front deck, private drive and garage, and many other amenities. Perfect for up to 8 people, the cottage is surrounded by miles of rolling Lake Michigan dunes. Only one neighbor shares this scenic and idyllic location. Pull your car up to the back door, and get ready to unwind and relax. Enjoy beautiful sunsets, bon fires, miles of trails to hike, privacy and more. The two-story cottage has been remodeled (2008) and has all the amenities of home.
An Easy House Layout
Kitchen and dining/living area are on main floor with an open flow. There is one downstairs bedroom with queen bed, one downstairs bath with tub/shower. Upstairs there is one private bedroom with queen upstairs, one dormer bedroom with four queen beds and a bathroom with shower, washer and dryer. There is a separate back entrance area directly to upstairs bath.

The cottage has a two car garage, gas grill, dishwasher, washer and dryer, and cable TV. The cottage is completely furnished and prepared in move-in condition.
The cottage is part of the Duna Vista Association. There is a pool, tennis and basket ball courts, swing set, and miles of hiking trails. The road leading to the driveway is paved.
Because it is in a private location with just one lake front neighbor, the home enjoys an unobstructed view south all the way to the Pentwater lighthouse, where the beach front is open and free of other cottages. The location is one of a kind, affording privacy and a "get away from it all" feeling.
The cottage is one mile north of historic downtown Pentwater.
