A fully furnished two-bedroom, one-bath cottage. Old World charm, with knotty pine throughout, beamed ceiling, hand-scraped birch flooring, Persian rugs, antiques and original art. Two decks, upper and lower, with a propane BBQ, table and chairs for "dining out." A yard in back with regulation horseshoe pits and an area for bocce. A new exterior sauna for four! The house is filled with the things required for living: bedding, towels and washcloths, soap and shampoo, dish and laundry detergent, vinegar and oil, sugar and spices, coffee and tea, and so on.  Two TVs, one with built-in DVD player, one with DVD player/VCR, both with limited basic cable. Over 150 VHS format movies and 50 DVDs, CD/iPod/MP3 player, WiFi coverage throughout. 

For families with small children, we have: a cradle, 2 cribs, 2 stair gates, 2 strollers (a single and a double), a playpen, 2 highchairs, and lots of toys, playthings and books for all ages. In one of the side closets is a child-scale play area.

Kitchen (see picture 1): fully equipped with tile counter, double sink, microwave, coffeemaker, dishwasher and everything required to prepare and serve meals. The table and space available for it will seat six.

Downstairs living area (see picture 3): Leather couch/hide-a-bed, TV with built-in DVD player.

Bathroom: large wheelchair-accessible facility with toilet and bathtub handrails, shower seat, toilet booster seat, along with the usual "bathroom stuff": towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner, hair dryer, lotions, first aid materials, razors, toothbrushes, etc.

East bedroom (see pictures 4 and 5): Two twin beds situated in a cozy alcove off the main bedroom area, and a queen-size futon in the main area. A desk. The bedroom opens onto the upper deck (see pictures 7 and 8).

West bedroom (see picture 6): A queen-size bed and desk. A TV with limited basic cable and a DVD player/VCR.

In the garage: a clothes washer and dryer.

On site: In good weather, there are horseshoes and bocce (all equipment supplied); in less than ideal weather, there are books and games for all ages. Or bring your own. The new sauna (interior dimensions 5-1/2' X 7') is located just off the lower deck, with a cold-water outside shower. 

Off site: Disc golf (100 fet away), equipment supplied. A city park within 300 feet, with a playground and fields. In season, there are wild blackberries, apples and pears within 250 ft.

Cleaning fee: $75

Prices listed are for a maximum of 6 persons. Additional persons, permitted only with prior consent, will be charged $15 per person per night. 

Reservation/security deposit: $200

*Three-night minimum waived for reservations made within seven days of check-in.
