Our spacious living room is open floor. It has a Queen size futon sofa that can sleep 2. Living room is furnished in style and has a new big LCD screen TV.

Our all new, spacious full kitchen features new Kraft Maid kitchen cabinets, side-by-side refrigerator with ice and water, flat surface range, built in microwave, dishwasher, granite counter tops with a breakfast bar.

The newly tiled bathroom has a full bath.

Our quiet bedroom overlooks a park-like setting and offers a comfortable Queen bed and a big walk–in closet.

 Condo is equipped with a central AC and 2 ceiling fans – one in the living room and one in the bedroom.  The unit is equipped with everything you will need for comfortable living!

We are also located next to Cory Ave., St Pete Beach historic down town, where you can shop and dine in style.  Other recreational conveniences such as tennis court, basketball courts, a baseball field and boat ramps are across the street. 

There is also a water front park right next to us with a playground for kids, and a nice mall with fine, waterfront restaurants and shops for couples and families.  Also, go on a Dolphin watching trip, or rent a boat or jet skies from our next door marina, and so much more…. Additionally, the beach trolley stops nearby and will take you in minutes to all of the 11 Gulf Beaches in the area, each with their own character.

 Apart from being on the beach, the added  advantage of being in this exact location is also that you are only within 15 min driving (or 25 min by bus) to down town St. Petersburg with plenty of action, arts, sports and other entertainment that is fun to explore.  We are very close to many of the area attractions including water sports, fishing, theme parks, casino cruises, and museums.  Tampa Busch Gardens is 30 min away, Orlando Disney Land and Universal Studios 1.5 hrs drive.
