This magnificent 4 bedroom 5 bathroom home is a family home and has never been rented. We are looking for a nice family (no shares please) to occupy it for June - July 2010. It is beautifully furnished.
Every room in the house has beautiful designer window treatments. Downstairs is the master bedroom that has a four poster king size bed, the second room downstairs has a bunk bed with a trundle bed. Upstairs a second master with a king size bed and another bedroom with a trundle bed. There are two flat screen TVs, one 42 inch and one 50 inch. A beautiful kitchen with all Viking appliances and granite counter tops. There is a living room, dining room and giant media room.
There is a sun room, a 6 person ultra deluxe outdoor hot tub and 20 x 40 heated pool. There is a top of the line Rainbow jungle gym extravaganza that includes two slides, three swings, a tire swing, seesaw and rock wall and tree house. There is also a playhouse and small basketball net. This is a very special house for a lucky responsible family. (Absolutely No Pets and No Shares Please)
