Vacation Rental Description

The unit is a large 1500 sq. ft. fully equipped, oceanfront, 2 
bedroom, 1½ bath condo.  It is on the 2nd floor of a quiet 100 unit 
condominium building that is located right next to the Marina, just 
north of the golden zone in Mazatlan.   It is on 2 floors with 2 
bedrooms.  One bedroom has a queen and double bed and the other 
bedroom has two double beds.  There is a balcony on each floor.  One 
opens from the living and dining room and the other opens from the 
bedrooms.  Both balconies face the ocean where you can watch the 
waves, and beautiful sunsets.

The condominium building has all the amenities – restaurant, lobby 
bar, convenience store, laundry facilities, front desk, tennis 
court, swimming pool, several garden sitting areas as well as an 
ocean terrace.  Taxi service is right outside the door and bus 
service is ½ block away.
