We have combined the grace and style of a First Class Resort with  
accommodations that feature Bay and Marina Views. Located in the  
sunbelt and protected from the prevailing north wind. This is truly  
an amazing place.  
 
Restaurants, Coffee Shops, Gift and Grocery Shopping are all within  
a 5 minute walk. Enjoy golfing, surfing, hiking to the beach,  
horseback riding in the dunes, fishing off the docks, kite flying,  
walking, jogging, or riding bikes around the bay.  
 
The home is just steps away from the Bay and Sonoma County's Sport  
Fishing Center at Porto Bodega Marina & RV Park. Charter a boat for  
Whale Watching & Deep-sea fishing or purchase fresh seafood directly  
off the local fishing boats.  
 
Bodega Bay’s ship channel which you can view from the comfort of our  
living room and kitchen windows leads to the open ocean past Seal  
Rock, Bodega Head and the University of California's Bodega Marine  
Lab. All of the above is a 2 minute drive from our front door. You  
can watch the Fishing Boats offshore, observe Grey Whales, Seals,  
Dolphins and many species of local and migrating Coastal Birds.  
 
This beautiful, 1650-square-foot, custom home was built on Bodega  
Bay in 2001. Stunning bay views from the Master bedroom, Great room,  
Dining room, Kitchen and Hot tub. Fully-equipped gourmet kitchen,  
custom birch cabinets with large pantry, granite counter tops,  
stainless steel appliances, and tile floors. Each bedroom has its  
own TV/VCR.  
 
Great room has a beachrock faced propane fireplace, large leather  
couch, TV with VCR, and internet access. Children go first class,  
too! We supply toys, puzzles, art supplies, games, and videos.  
 
This gated mini-estate is surrounded by a lush and beautiful  
whimsical garden full of exotic plants and designer landscaping. The  
garden and sitting area is adjacent to the big play area with  
basketball court.  
 
There is plenty of room to park your car and boat outside the front  
gates. This home is fully fenced and gated around the entire  
property. Front gates are permanently locked for the safety of our  
children and play area.
