Approx 120 ft to sandy beach, enjoy the uniqueness of Sebago Lake during the hot days of summer, relax on our secluded deck where you can BBQ to your heart's delight, you can rent boat at marina with a 1 minute walk. The beach is ideal for young kids with gentle slope. This is not direct waterfront, email me for complete floorplan with pictures of all rooms, front, back and beach!
