 Located just steps away from the world-famous Poipu Beach and Brennecke's Beach on Kauai’s sunny South Shore. From this unforgettable vantage point you may experience dolphins, sea birds, humpback whales and even sea turtles. From your deck you will watch sunsets paint the sky with brilliant color, then fade with the calm of a tropical evening.

Come and be renewed by the relaxing sound of a soft breeze rustling through the coconut fronds. Be lulled to sleep by the sounds of the waves. Watch the brilliant sunsets from the spacious deck as you BBQ and enjoy the privacy of your own place. Lounge in the garden and enjoy the sunshine and tropical breeze. 

Decorated in elegant island style this three bedroom home  features two bedrooms (both air-conditioned), two baths upstairs, with a king size bed and two twins. Downstairs there is another master bedroom with a king size bed, a bathroom, and a spacious sitting area equipped with a kitchenette. There is also a laundry room ready for all your adventure needs. We have stocked the kitchen with all the cooking utensils and great appliances to prepare lovely island meals.

"The Garden Isle"
Kauai is the Northernmost of the Hawaiian Islands, and the oldest. Formed by a volcano (now extinct), time has turned much of Kauai's rock into rich, fertile soil. High mountain rainfall, often exceeding 400 inches per year at the center of the island, produces lush, green vegetation, and makes Kauai ideal for agriculture and wildlife. Enjoy Kauai's warm and friendly people, clean air, beautiful rivers, tropical and sea birds, dramatic mountains and valleys, and blue ocean waters.

Poipu-Sunshine and Beaches
Brennecke's Beach Cottage and Poipu Beach Hale are  located in Poipu, Kauai's sunniest spot (average temperature of 78 degrees Fahrenheit, with annual rainfall of only 16 inches). The Poipu area offers a variety of dining experiences. Walk to Brennecke's Beach Broiler; or drive right over to Keoki's Paradise, the Beach House Restaurant, Roy's Poipu Bar & Grill, or Tidepools at the Hyatt Hotel. Stop by one of our farmers' markets for a taste of local culture. Sample our exotic fresh fruits--juicy mangos, sunrise papayas, apple bananas, fresh coconut juice, passionfruit and more. Our year 'round warm weather always provides an abundant harvest of fruits and vegetables. Check for Luaus (Hawaiian-style feasts) and other local events in one of the drive guides (also available at the Lihue airport).

Poipu Beach Hale is available year round.

• One or Two guests: $ 1,750 per week ($ 250 per night, 3 night minimum)
• Three to Four guests: $ 1,855 per week ($ 265 per night, 3 night minimum)
• Five to Seven guests: $ 1,995 per week ($285 per night, 3 night minimum).

Check in time is at 4pm. Check out is at 10 am. It's best to reserve early to secure your desired dates. There's a $250 deposit, and a $195 required cleaning charge.  Payment is required 90 days prior to your arrival, or you will forfeit your requested dates.

Types of payment accepted are:

Mastercard, Visa, Traveler's checks, personal checks, and business checks.

Deposits must be received within 7 days of your reservation. The deposit will be promptly returned to you within one week of departure, less any extraordinary cleaning, long distance charges, or any damages that exceed normal wear.

Cancellations must be received in writing at least 90 days prior to your planned arrival at Poipu Beach Hale. All cancellations are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellation notification of less than 90 days results in forfeiture of the full amount unless we are able to re-rent the unit to another party for the period affected by the cancellation.
