Our team feels like our guests should be treated as we would expect to be treated. There is a fully refundable security deposit, NO cleaning fees, no hidden charges for extras such as toilet paper and towels.  We provide all paper products and staples at no charge.  Always have, always will.  Priority on dates and pricing is given to our much valued returning guests. 

The Inn/Grand View at Snow Meadows has a combined 15,000 sq feet of lodging, with 19 rooms for sleeping, 17 bathrooms, licensed for a combined total of 118, with children 3 and under exempt from count.  Now everyone can be together for meals and entertainment.

Luxury lodging at these retreats are for those who expect the "Best."  Not for those who just need a bed for the night or on a tight budget.  These sites are for those extraordinary guests who prefer luxury lodging at it's finest.  Where comfort and cleanliness are top priority.

Combining these side by side retreats now gives you 3 kitchens, one is commercial.  3 hot tubs, 2 game/exercise rooms, 2 XBox 360 for the game addicts, 2 video libraries, every one of the 19 bedrooms has a plasma/DVD player, fireplace, jetted tubs, upscale linens and towels.  Gathering rooms large enough for your group to have some fun with one another, entertainment/bar area, hot tub/beach towels for everyone, along with formal/informal dining for all celebrations, reunions, or corporate retreats.

Fri-Sat-Sun  $3500 per night

Holiday  $4000 per night   Holidays are:  Memorial, July 4 & 24, Raspberry Days-Aug 5-7 2010, Labor, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Eve & New Years Day

Deposits required upfront, then dates are booked-$1000 (refundable security deposit) $3000 towards your stay total. Weddings, an additional $1000 non-refundable booking deposit.  Balance due 60 days prior to arrival. We are flexible in how you pay the balance.  Anywhere you stay in Bear Lake adds a 10% tax.  It consists of:  6% Utah sales tax  3% transient tax 1% resort tax.
