Vacation Rental Description

This 4000 sq ft Home has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, with king size 
beds in two rooms and 2 twin beds in the third, double walk in 
master 
room closet, and private bathrooms in two rooms. Additional sleeping 
arrangements can be made upon request. There also is a family room, 
living room, formal dining room, spacious kitchen, Laundry Room, and 
large Game/TV Room, all situated on 1.25 acres. The property has 
room 
for your RV, and pets will be very comfortable in the back yard. 
Arrangements can also be made for boarding horses.

The home has beautiful stained wood trim, doors, and cabinets, 
carpet 
and tile throughout the house, and a fireplace. A large covered 
patio 
overlooks the pool and spacious back yard. The Arizona sunsets are 
especially beautiful from our back yard vantage point. The 
neighborhood is very quiet with homes on .5 to 1.25 acre lots, but 
it 
also is situated in close proximity to entertainment, dining, 
shopping, and recreational opportunities. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

The home is fully furnished with all linens and bath towels 
supplied. 
Fully furnished kitchen, washer/dryer, refrigerator, microwave, two 
ovens, two cook stoves, utensils, dishes, blender, coffee maker, 50" 
TV with DVD/VCR, stereo, basic cable, hi-speed wireless internet, 
fireplace. Outside has a built 
in grill in covered patio with serving areas, picnic table, pool, 
pool furniture, volleyball net, citrus galore (grapefruit, oranges, 
lemons which you are welcome to enjoy, in season of course).

Activities and Attractions

Close to shopping malls, entertainment, golf and more golf, athletic 
events (pro and college), dining, grocery stores, easy access to 
freeways, less than 18 miles from airport. Descriptions and maps 
will 
be waiting for you when you arrive. 

Pets Outside Only 

Vacation Rental Rates

June thru August:    $750  per week
                     $2750 per month  

May and September:   $800  per week
                     $2900 per month  

October thru Dec:    $800  per week
                     $3400 per month  

January thru April:  $1350 per week
                     
Security Deposit of $500 refundable if no damage is done to property 
or excessive cleaning required.

Cleaning Fee of $150 is non-refundable.

$500 deposit due at booking, 1/2 rent due 30 days prior to arrival 
with the remaining rent + clean fee due at arrival.
Cancellation Policy: All deposits/payments non-refundable unless 
given 30 days 
notice or dates are re-booked. Alternate dates can also be given. 
Rates and fees for day or odd time periods are negotiable.
