Located directly on the beach, this Tampa Bay area townhouse is a
clean and beautifully decorated 1200 square foot penthouse unit on a
quiet, peaceful street in a community noted for an outstanding beach
and postcard sunsets. This top floor (6th),corner unit has
panoramic,breathtaking views from every room! The dining room is
elevated offering a spectacular eastern and southwestern exposure.
The living room (with a queen size sofa bed)has a western exposure
and gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico. The remodeled kitchen, and
bathroom with shower, complete the layout of the 1st level (the
6th floor). Upstairs, on the 7th floor (the highest in the
building), you wil find the master bedroom with a length-of-room
closet and private balcony overlooking the pool and the beach. There
is also a second bedroom with 2 twin beds and a large closet. A full, recently re-modeled bath with tub/shower combination completes the 7th floor layout.
This unit is completely furnished and includes all linens, towels,
china, silverware, pots & pans. Just bring your toothbrush.

within a short distance. Shopping, biking, golf, tennis, flea
markets, numerous restaurants, water sports, fishing,(deep sea
charter and shore), casino gambling ships,and nightclubs are all
nearby. Within a 30 minute drive, you can visit world famous Busch
Gardens and Adventure Island; historic Ybor City for dining,
shopping and clubs; Channelside for the Florida Aquarium; Ice Palace
for hockey and concerts; visit trendy Hyde Park for shopping and
dining. Only 90 minutes from Orlando where you can visit DisneyWorld,
Universal Studios, Sea World, numerous shopping outlets and
restaurants.

January 1 through January 29, 2011 $1100/wk
January 29 through April 30, 2011 $1200/wk
May 1 through September 5, 2011 $850/wk.
September 5 through December 17, 2011 $800/wk
December 17,2010 through January 1, 2012 $1000/wk
Rates are plus 12% tax and $85 cleaning charge
Holidays: Add 15% to rate when a holiday (listed below) falls
within that week.
New Years, Easter Week, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day,
Thanksgiving, Christmas
Weekly rate is based on Saturday to Saturday week.
A $100 non-refundable deposit will reserve the condo until 30
days prior to arrival when the remaining amount is due.

Check-in is aftrer 3:00 p.m. Check-out is before 10:00 a.m.
Monthly rentals can be arranged at a discount rate from October
through March only.
Personal checks are accepted.
Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice
