building), you wil find the master bedroom with a length-of-room

This unit is completely furnished and includes all linens, towels,

shopping and clubs; Channelside for the Florida Aquarium; Ice Palace
for hockey and concerts; visit trendy Hyde Park for shopping and
dining. Only 90 minutes from Orlando where you can visit DisneyWorld,

2013 - 2014 WEEKLY RATES

May 5 - September 6, 2013 = $850.00

September 7 - December 14, 2013 = $800.00

December 15, 2013 - January 31, 2014 = $950.00

February 1 - May 3, 2014 = $1200.00

 Rates are plus 12% tax and $85 cleaning charge
Holidays: Add 15% to rate when a holiday (listed below) falls
within that week.
New Years, Easter Week, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day,
Thanksgiving, Christmas
Weekly rate is based on Saturday to Saturday week.
A $100 non-refundable deposit will reserve the condo until 30
days prior to arrival when the remaining amount is due.

Monthly rentals can be arranged at a discount rate from October
through March only.
