Margarita Villas B is located in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, is beautifully and comfortably accommodates 22. The elevated Duplex beach house is furnished with everything you need to enjoy an incredible vacation including an Elevator.

The kitchen at Margarita Villas B is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher. The gorgeous living room boasts plush furniture where you can relax, watch movies or visit in total comfort. Prices are set according to location of unit, unit condition, number of bedrooms, and amenities offered with unit. Rates are higher Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, and special event weeks. 

13% tax, $2.00 per night resort fee and a non refundable processing fee 5% of rental amount, $25 minimum. (Subject to change)

One half of the base rental amount is due within 7 business days after booking reservation. Final payment is due 30 days before arrival date. Payment may be made with personal check, cashiers check, money order or MC or VISA.

A valid MC or VISA must be on reservation or a $500 cash security deposit is added to the rental amount. Deposit will be refunded 4-6 weeks after your departure date.

Confirmed reservations are not transferable. Confirmed reservations may be cancelled by written notice. Upon confirmation, the unit is off the market to anyone else; therefore, the advance deposit will be refunded only if the unit is re-rented at the full rental amount. All refunds are subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee.

Bringing a pet will result in eviction with no monies refunded.
