November - April $2,600.00/month, $1,000.00/week
May - October $1,750.00/month, $750.00/week
At time of conformation of rental $1,000.00 deposit is required for rental, balance due two weeks prior to arrival.
A security deposit of $500.00 is also required at conformation and refund will be mailed after departure upon inspection of property.

A sixty day notice is required for cancellation.
Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund amount.
