Tuscany on the Lake (w/dock) in Indian Lake

We will begin booking the cottage for rentals on April 1, 2013.  Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Come spend a week or two in this clean 1,500 square foot, two-story cottage tucked away on Indian Lake's southern shore.  Delightfully decorated with a Tuscan motif, this relaxing cottage will provide the perfect setting for your vacation getaway! 

This Tuscan beauty has four bedrooms, two full baths, and sleeps 8.  The living room calls for you to lounge and relax.  The front sunporch begs you to sit and enjoy the lake view.  Even though the yard is small, the outdoor living space is perfect for warm summer evenings with family and friends on our new, stamped concrete patio.  For boaters, the dock is just a short walk across the street. 

We do not rent to bachelor or bacheloret parties or to people under 21 years of age.  No extra guests or vistors are permitted than agreed upon in the signed contract unless otherwise approved by owner due to limited parking.

4 bedrooms: 

   Upstairs - two bedrooms with queen beds and one single bed per room (especially nice for families with small children who want their children in the bedroom with them)

   Downstairs - two bedrooms with full futon/twin bunks

Bed linens provided (pillows, sheets, and blankets)  Bring your own towels

Two bathrooms (one up and one down) with tub/shower combo

Full sized washer and dryer

City water

A clean, fully furnished kitchen   (Coffee pot, pots and pans, cooking utensils, toaster, microwave, stove w/oven, refrigerator, crock pots, mixing bowls, serving platters, silverware and dishes for 12)

Central air conditioning/heat

Ceiling fans in every room

DVD/VHS player (Some DVDs and VHS tapes available)

WE DO NOT SUPPLY BATH OR BEACH TOWELS.  REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR OWN.

No fireworks or firecrackers allowed

Just down the street either direction you'll find fast food, ribs, ice cream, pizza, and fine dining.  Just minutes away from several restaurants, shops, and evening entertainment.

A beautiful, newly-paved public walking path begins just a block away.  Bring your walking shoes, bikes, and rollerblades! 

Dock your own boat or PWC at the cottage's dock, or rent a boat from a local marina.  A public access boat launch is located just a mile down the road.

Enjoy water activities:  public beaches, boating, skiing, tubing, jet skiing, fishing, canoeing, etc.

Nearby is a golf course and driving range.

There is a roller rink within a few blocks of the cottage.

For winter fun, Mad River Mountain offers down hill skiing and tubing

Sept 8 - May 23: $700 per week

May24 - Sept. 7: $900 per week

Memorial Day reservations: $1000 per week

July 4th reservations: $1100 per week

3-Day weekend rentals are 75% of weekly rate when available

Minimum stay must be two nights

Deposit $100 (deposit will be returned to renters if everything checks out fine following rental period / deposit will be kept by owners if there is a cancellation)

ADD extra $50 for parties of 9-10 people
