swimming pool, tennis court (we provide tennis racquets and balls),
playground, sand volleyball court, friendly deer roaming about and
private airstrip.

the water-sports enthusiast, to those who just want to relax at the
cleanest lake in Tennesee. Norris Lake is for everyone.

Norris Lake is also just a 60-90 minute drive to the Pigeon
Forge /Gatlinburg area.

Peak Season: Memorial Day - Labor Day
$1,200 per week (Saturday-Saturday) (includes cleaning)

Non-Peak Season: ASK ABOUT NON-PEAK SPECIALS during the fall
foilage season!!
WE HAVE EXCELLENT MONTHLY RATES DURING THE OFF SEASON!!

$125 per night with 3 night minimum

All rentals will be charged 9.25% TN tax

$250 security deposit to hold reservation
Balance becomes due 30 days prior to check in.
Cancellations must be received 60 days prior to check-in for full
refund.
