rate.
One off-street allocated parking space, conveniently located steps
from the condo unit. 
Bathing suit and beach towel is all you'll need to bring!

1 Bath with tub/shower

dishes and utensils.

including free nightly concerts, miniature golf, rollerblading, 
bicycling, surfing, jet-ski rentals, parasailing, deep-sea and pier
fishing, 
and nearby water-park, go-cartin, golf and tennis. 
Just minutes to the Virginia Marine Science Museum, art museums,
malls, Convention Center and a 
short walk to the Rudee Inlet Sports Fishing Center and "restaurant row".
Take a day off from the beach and visit the Busch Gardens 
and Colonial Williamsburg attractions - just one hour away.

Regular rates:
May 3  -  May 30   $ 600 week
June 1 - Aug 22    $1050 week stay only
June Cancellation special !!! $850.00
Aug 23 - Sept 2    $ 750 weekly
All other weeks $500 or $99 per night (2 night stay minimum)
$200 security deposit required, fully refundable providing no property
damages.
Local taxes not included in rates shown (12.5%)
Weekly rentals are from Sat to Sat.
Check in 4 PM,check out 11 AM
No smoking, No pets.
Access to nearby pool available - please inquire
