New remodeled bath with walk in shower, gas grill on deck overlooking the lake, well stocked kitchen with a gas Jenn-air grill for indoor cooking on rainy days, large lawn with fire pit ( must bring your own wood or buy local ) for games and smores!!

Boats and kayaks for rent nearby, many hiking trails and public land close by as well. We are a short drive to Gulf Hagas, Mount Katahdin, Boarstone Mountain, and Greenville for the Whitewater rafters or souvenier shoppers.
vacation rental rates
Rates are : $975 per week June through September with full weeks only in July and August. $875 per week in May, October and November. We offer a 3 night minimum stay in the off season for $500 plus $150 each for additional nights. All rates include a 7% lodging tax.
