This Highly recommended spectacular villa accommodates 8 (eight) to 10 ( ten ) guests.

4(four) large bedrooms 2 ( bathrooms ) with 1 ( one ) double sofa bed.Situated in a newly built private community, only 6 miles away to all major Disney attractions, and Universal Theme Parks.

To satisfied your shopping needs, you will find several super markets, shopping centers and restaurants few minutes away.

Close by you will find a 3 (three) golf course in Champion Gates, fishing areas, horse back riding  and many entertainments for your family.

After an enchanted day at the theme Parks, you can relax with your family in our spcious extended pool deck enclosed with a super size lanai, also for your peace of mind the pool is surrounded with a children safety net.

Our extra large Master Suite includes an over size bathroom in which you will find a Garden Tub, shower, double sink and separet  toilet. This room is connected to the pool area.

Feel grate in the other 3(three) spacious bedrooms 1 (one) with a queen size bed,and the other 2 (two) with 2(two) single beds.

This house offers a spacious Open Floor Pln design with Cathedral Ceilings trough out the formal Dinning Room, formal Living Room,kitchen, ( with extra large island seating 6 (six)  guests and adjacent is the Daily Eating area with and extra large and modern expandable table that accommodates 6(six) to 10 (ten) more guests making this are with a capacity for 12 (twelve) to 16 ( sixteen) guests.

The Family Room, has a 42" (forty two) flat TV, with cable and DVD,and for your conveniance there is Wiifi internet access trough out and free phoen calls in the United States.

2 linen sets per bed, towells, pool towells, full kitchen ( dish washer, ice maker refrigerator, oven, micro wave, coffe maker, toater, blender,etc)  and all neccesary utensils, full laundry room, and game room.

12% Florida Hotel Tax

30% deposit at time of  reservation, Balance due 6 weeks before arrival.Credit card will be use as security ( like when you rent a car )

For cancellations: full refund if done 5 to 4 weeks before arrival, 3 weeks before 50% will be lost, after that full lost of payment applies , sorry.
