Located on the central pacific coast just minutes north of Jaco Beach, the Veranda Residences are part of an 1100 acre premier residential resort community in the heart of Los Suenos.  

The FishShack Costa Rica is our unit within the Veranda Residences of Los Suenos Resort and Marina.  The FishShack is a 3 bedroom, 3 full bath 2350 sq ft 2nd floor corner unit that sleeps 8 with 3 covered verandas.  

The Veranda Residences are designed in a Spanish - tropical style with a principal terrace as the focal point for relaxation and entertainment.  Sliding glass doors transition from the great room to the terrace while the fully equipped kitchen features a pass through window onto a built in tiled terrace bar.  

The interior features Costa Rican hardwood cabinetry and doors as well as rustic ceramic tile flooring and countertops.  The FishShack has 2 master suites, 1 King and 1 Queen with private verandas plus a third bedroom with 2 double beds and separate full bath.  

The FishShack Costa Rica has all the comforts of home with 4 flat screen TV's, home theatre system, ceiling fans, central air, DSL,  washer/dryer, 24/7 security, covered parking with electricity, pool with hot tub, BBQ, facilities and fitness center.  

The FishShack Costa Rica sits on the 1st tee of La Iguana Golf Course, a 18 hole par 72 Ted Robinson Jr designed championship course with views down the fairway and into the rainforest preserve.
