This is a spectacular, Charleston Style 4-bedroom, 5.5 bath, "Dog
Friendly" rental home with heated pool on Hilton Head Island. It was
used as a model home and as a result is one of the most luxuriously
decorated rental homes in Hilton Head.

The entire main level has saturnia floors with ten-foot high ceilings
and boasts an open kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel
appliances, and breakfast bar. The great room includes a cast-stone
gas fireplace with custom bookcases on each side. A 42-inch plasma
television is included with accompanying DVD. The gourmet dining area
seats six and has a view of the lagoon with fountain.

The first floor bedroom features recessed trey ceiling lighting, a
queen-size bed, his-and-her chaise lounges, and an armoire with TV
and VCR/DVD. The private bath has an incredible dresser sink and
saturnia tiled shower.

Two of the second floor bedrooms could be called 'master' with one
having a king-size bed and the other a queen. The third upstairs
bedroom has two bunk beds with trundles, which could serve as
sleeping quarters for children or adults. Each of the upstairs
bedrooms features trey ceilings with recessed lighting, private baths
with saturnia tile showers, and spa tubs. There are TVs and DVD
players in each bedroom. A hallway breakfast/cocktail bar and laundry
room with granite counter tops finish off the third floor.

For added comfort and convenience, there is a ceiling fan in each
room and a whole-house speaker system with controls in each room, on
the decks and by the pool. The fenced-in pool level has an outside
and inside shower as well as a gas grill. The pool can be heated for
an additional charge.

This mid-island location places you close to all Hilton Head has to
offer. Directly across the street is the new 70-acre Town Park - the
only public park on Hilton Head Island. It features ball parks,
walking trails, tennis and basketball courts and, yes, a fenced dog
park for our four-legged friends. There is a free shuttle service to
and from the beach from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Or if you prefer,
the walk is just a few hundred yards. You must see this home to truly
believe its beauty and convenience.
