Enjoy the tranquility that this beautiful two storey home has to offer.  The backyard is a private oasis which is completely fenced and has many mature plants and trees.  The views off the back deck are breathtaking, especially at night when the city lights are glimmering. Relax on the covered back patio or while lying by the pool with its gentle waterfall and attached spa. 

There are four very large bedrooms, two of which are Master bedrooms, each with a king size bed and private bathrooms.  The other two bedrooms each have a queen size bed and a shared 'jack and jill' bathroom.  There is a comfy living room off the full kitchen, as well as a sitting room for more 'formal' entertaining.  The kitchen has a table that seats 8 comfortably and there is also a formal dining room.

This 3700 sq. foot 2 storey home is located just east of Las Sendas on a 1.25 acre lot nestled in the hills of Mesa. There is easy access to all amenities, a nature reserve, several golf courses, mountain biking, hiking, shopping, and some of the best restaurants in town.  Convenient access to highway 202 also puts Scottsdale and downtown Phoenix within an easy 30 minute drive. 

If you enjoy boating, or simply like to be around the water, there are several lakes close by; Saguaro Lake is a close 20 minutes away and has a boat launch, a marina that offers boat rentals and several picnic areas.  Canyon Lake is 40 minutes away and also offers all of these.  If you're a bit more adventurous, head up to Roosevelt Lake (approx. 2 hours), which is the biggest of the surrounding lakes.
