kitchens, TV/VCR, Central A/C & private patios. Family owned and
managed, we take pride in keeping our villas spotlessly clean and
providing persoal service to each of our guests. Each villa is
individually and lovingly decorated with a tropical feel, refreshing
colors and thoughtful touches.

Enjoy our heated pool or take a 3 minute stroll to a beautiful beach
to watch spectacular Florida sunsets. There are BBQ grills and a
laundry facility for your convenience. Our two bedroom villas sleep
6 and our one bedroom villas sleep 2 to 4 persons. Island
restaurants and shops are within walking distance.

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of 40% deposit or two
nights' charge, whichever is greater. We reserve the right to
require full payment in advance for stays of three days or less, and
for stays during holidays and peak Winter season.

Cancellation: Advance deposits will be refunded with written
cancellation notice at least EIGHT weeks prior to rental
commencement date. There is a $50 cancellation fee. If
cancellation is less than eight weeks from rental commencement date,
any loss of revenue as a result of cancellation will be charged
against the deposit in addition to the $50 cancellation fee.
