This 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath townhome is in a gated community on the bay. The views are spectacular and serene, the perfect place to unwind and decompress. This townhome was the model for the complex so it is meticulously decorated in sea glass tones with pops of color. Decks are on each floor and ceiling fans add comfort to each bedroom and family room. A community pool is available for your comfort.

The 3rd floor has a spacious master suite with queen bed and walk in closet and full bath. The bay view with sunset is magical. The floor also has a bedroom with a queen bed and a bedroom with two single beds. These rooms share a full bath. All bedrooms have balconies with bay or Lighthouse views.
The main floor (2nd) features hardwood in the family and dining rooms with ceramic tile in the kitchen. Cable TV, DVD, CD, wireless internet access and a fireplace in the family room. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and microwave. This floor also has a 1/2 bath.
The 1st Floor features a master suite with king bed, full bath and walk in closet. A washer and dryer are located on this level and it is a couple of steps down to the one car garage.
activities and attractions in Fenwick Island Delaware
The Ocean beckons and is reachable after a 5 minute walk. The State Park Beach is nearby as are shops, restaurants and a movie theater. Three miniature golf courses are closeby as are numerous challenging 18 hole courses. The Bay offers water boat activities. We love the quiet of Fenwick, but appreciate the access to Ocean City and its myriad offerings.
