This tropical paradise getaway features just over 3800 sq ft of living space,  including 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The large master bedroom is separate from the rest of the bedrooms for privacy & comfort, with sliding doors leading out to the pool area & lanai.  The master bathroom features his and her sinks with a doorless walk in marble shower.  Take advantage of the jetted jacuzzi bath tub with candle lit crystal chandelier above.  Perfect for a romantic night or relaxing jacuzzi, after thrashing around in the South Florida sun & surf.  The king size 2nd guest bedroom has sliding glass doors for it's own private access to the lanai and pool area.  The 3rd king size bedroom has its own private full bathroom with granite sink. The 4th bedroom has a Queen size bed. There are 24 inch Marble tile floors throughout the house, a full granite kitchen including stainless steel appliances, and HUGE granite island that can fit 12 comfortably! There is also a 42" Flat Screen by the island and speakers integrated into the ceiling since this usually is the area everyone seems to flock to. The Living room has 2 couches as well as a 62 inch Sony TV with full stereo system.  Speakers inside and out, controlled by a universal remote, so that you may play your iPod and float in the pool.  Or, enjoy the ping pong table/air hockey/pool table!

The immaculate yard has a privacy fence around it's perimeter, a hammock to enjoy lazy days and nights after the pool or beach and a great covered dining area. The home has many tropical trees and plants for privacy, including palm, bamboo, coconut, hibiscus and Bougainvillea. They truly make you feel like your in an island oasis.

One of the best features of this home is, it is located on an island.  Very secure and plenty to do within walking distance. There is Frank McDonough Park, 6.1 acres located at the end of the street.  It features beach volleyball courts,  8 tennis courts, club house, pro shop, racquet ball courts, basketball courts, soccer and football field, baseball field, picnic tables, restrooms & covered playgrounds & swing sets. There is a Toddler Lot play yard with a gated fence,  so little ones can run free and climb on a dozen different types of toys.  A short walk in the other direction allows you to view the intracoastal waterways of South Florida, sit on the park bench & feed the fish.  There is even the world famous Cap's Restaurant, with roots as far back as the  1920's casino & rum running speakeasy!  Enjoy an award winning dinner or simply have a few cocktails on the outside patio, relax & watch the boats go by.  Be sure to check out the pictures inside of several presidents & famous people that have come from all over to see this famous historical landmark. No cars allowed though, so be sure to walk or take the free water taxi over from Lighthouse Point Marina.  While you're at the marina, be sure to buy a bag of shrimp to feed the HUGE tarpon swimming off the docks.   

Visit Mizner Park, South Beach, Coconut Grove, Ft Lauderdale and West Palm Beach for great restaurants, boutiques, bars and beaches.  The Pompano Beach Golf Course, Lighthouse Point Yacht Club and the movie theatre are close by, as well as grocery stores and the Pompano CITI centre & Boca Town Center Mall.  Only one turn required and I-95 is in direct proximity of 3 miles due West.

Average rate is $3000/week. Rates vary based on season and occupancy. Please inquire with your desired time frame.There is a $250 cleaning fee. We also have a $69.00 Security Deposit.
