Located directly on the water in prestigious Hawaii Kai, this 
completely renovated, luxurious Hawaiian home offers an oasis of 
tranquility in the midst of every exciting activity Oahu has to 
offer. It has four bedrooms and four baths, a private yard with 
gazebo, and a waterfront swimming pool and barbeque station. Vaulted 
ceilings, Italian travertine stone and exotic woods create an island-
style ambiance of impeccable quality.

This one-of-a-kind executive Hawaiian home was completely renovated 
in late 2005 and has a spacious, 3000 square foot interior, with an 
additional 1600 square foot front yard with tropical landscaping, 
beautiful waterfalls and gazebo. It also has a 1700 square foot pool 
deck with a blue-tiled swimming pool, an outdoor barbecue area with 
gas grill, sink and refrigerator, and a private 30 foot boat dock. 
The great room, with 14 foot high vaulted ceilings and Italian 
travertine stone floors, includes a magnificent, open-plan gourmet 
kitchen, separate dining area, living room with a state-of-the-art 
entertainment center, and a game room with a new pool table.

The entire property is single story, with the exception of a 
gorgeous upstairs waterfront master suite. There is also a spacious 
waterfront master suite downstairs, and two additional guest 
bedrooms. All furnishings, appliances, linens, kitchen accessories, 
etc. are brand new and the property is absolutely immaculate.

The open, expansive living room features 14-foot high vaulted 
ceilings, contemporary high-quality furnishings, Italian travertine 
stone floors, a 48 inch plasma TV and entertainment 
center with surround sound, premium cable and music channels, and a 
recordable DVD player, ceiling fans, and a split air conditioning 
system. There is a wireless at the house available at no additional 
charge.

The spacious, open-plan gourmet kitchen flows into a separate 
breakfast area and on to a formal dining area with elegant seating 
for eight. The kitchen includes granite countertops, upscale 
stainless steel appliances, a refrigerated wine cabinet, custom 
cabinets with pull out racks, 36 inch cook top, plenty of storage 
space, and breath taking views of Koko Marina and the Koolau 
Mountain range.

The upstairs master suite, with California king-size bed, has an 
office area with desk and hard wired telephone and RJ-45 computer 
jack for direct computer hook up, a walk-in closet, a 27 inch 
television with flat screen technology and built-in DVD/VCR player, 
and a wraparound private lanai to enjoy the unobstructed views of 
Koko Marina and the majestic Koolau Mountain range. The private bath 
suite features a romantic whirlpool tub for two, a large shower, and 
dual sinks with granite counters, all surrounded by elegant Italian 
travertine stone.

The downstairs master suite, with California king-size bed, also has 
beautiful water and mountain views across the pool deck. It has a 
walk-in closet, and its own 27 inch TV with flat screen technology 
and build-in DVD/VCR player. This private bath suite also features a 
romantic whirlpool tub for two, a large shower and dual sinks with 
granite counters, surrounded by Italian travertine stone. Luxurious 
cotton robes are provided, of course.

The third bedroom has a California king-size bed and overlooks the 
front lawn with beautiful tropical landscaping and gazebo. It has a 
private bathroom with shower surrounded by Italian travertine stone. 
The fourth bedroom also has a California king-size bed and a full 
bathroom with whirlpool tub and vaulted ceiling is right across the 
hall.

As you walk through the gate into the front yard, the grounds greet 
you with the colors of Hawaiian ginger, palms, ferns, lilies, 
hibiscus, fragrant gardenias, croutons and lovely anthuriums. Enjoy 
your morning coffee in the elegant gazebo with three tropical 
waterfalls setting the mood for an exciting day in paradise.

The expansive waterfront pool deck features a blue-tile private 
swimming pool with waterfall, plenty of outdoor furniture and deck 
chairs for lounging in the sun, and a separate barbeque area with gas 
grill, sink with adjacent prep area & refrigerator, all over looking 
the turquoise Hawaiian water. For those with small children, an 
optional safety fence can be placed around the pool for no additional 
fee.

Smoking is permitted outside only. The house is located in a 
residential neighborhood so we cannot allow any parties or loud 
gatherings on the property. We're sorry, but the outdoor hot tub is 
no longer available. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Private swimming pool, 48" plasma television, two waterfront master 
suites and two guest bedrooms, full kitchen, game room with pool 
table, vaulted ceilings, wireless access, BBQ, telephone with 
answering machine, towels, beach towels, bed linens, hair dryer, 
cotton robes provided, spice rack, upscale lighting, fireplace, wine 
cooler.

Vacation Rental Rates

January 5 - February 29, 2008 is $800 per night / $5,600 per week
March 1 - May 22, 2008 is $675 per night / $4,725 per week. 
May 23 - September 2, 2008 is $800 per night / $5,600 per week
September 5 - November 23, 2008 is $675 per night / $4,725 per week. 
November 24 - 30, 2008 is $825 per night. 
December 1 - 19th is $800 per night.
December 20, 2008 - January 5, 2009 is $1,200 per night holiday rate.
Easter and other holidays will be higher. 
The house can accommodate a maximum of 10 people. 
Hawaii State taxes @ 11.95% are additional.
Departure cleaning fee of $300.
Fully refundable security deposit of $1,000.
No parties or loud gatherings allowed.
