booking. The rest 70% along with a refundable guarantee (€ 3.000)
must be paid, within one month, after the initial booking and -in
any way- 15 days prior to the first booking date.The booking is
considered final, only after the above payments.The advanced payment
and the rent are not refundable in case of cancellation by the
tenant. The guarantee takes care of any damages done to the bulding,
furniture, equipment, linen, decorative items etc., etc.or excess
telephone or power bills. In the opposite case, the guarantee is
refundable on the date of deparure of the tenant. The owner of the
villa has no legal or/and financial responsibility whatsoever, for
any accidents or/and misfortunes the tenants may suffer, during
