Beautiful South Lake Tahoe Home with hot tub, pool table and many other amenities!

Enjoy this gorgeous 3,000 plus square-ft home. Sleeps 12. There are four spacious bedrooms (1 bedroom has a king bed, 2 bedrooms have one qeen bed each and the last bedroom has a queen and a full bed, we also have a futon in the family room that can sleep 2, two and a half baths, and a loft game room that has a pool table, kids’ toys, etc.

Amenities include a large, private outdoor hot tub on the upper deck, kitchen with all top of the line appliances.

There is a large formal dining area. Spiral staircase leads to the loft area that has the pool table. The spacious master suite has a king bed, Jacuzzi tub and separate shower, large vanity and walk in closet.

National Forest right across the street offers great hiking. Three to five minutes to Heavenly and six to eight minutes to casinos. (Two night minimum.)

Master Suite has a king size bed, soaking jetted tub and separate shower, with a 2 sink vanity.

2 other  bedrooms all have one queen bed in each room and the last berdoom has a queen bed and a full.  There is also a futon in the downstairs family room. Downstairs bathroom has a shower tub combination.

Great room has a wood burning fireplace, leather coaches and a 42" plasma.  Dining room has seating for 10 and the kitchen is an open kitchen with top of the line appliances and has most everything a cook would need.

All bedrooms have linens provided and additional blankets.

****BBQ is available during summer and fall only.

Heavenly Ski Resort 3-5 minutes away.  Casinos are 7-10 minutes away.  Sledding and hiking are right accross the street.

Regular Winter rate is $450 per night Friday, Saturday, Sunday and $400 Monday- Thursday per night.

Summer rate is $350-$650 per night. (4th of July rate is $650 per night)

Rates subject to change upon Holiday dates requested by renter.  $650 security deposit required, all cleaning fees are additional to the security security deposit.  Check, PayPal or Money order only!  100% of deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival, (50% must arrive within 2 weeks of contract signing).  Please note this is a Non-Smoking No pets allowed property!!  Thank you.
