The house is located in the family town of Lavallette.   This is a 2 floor beach home with central air conditioning.  Each floor unit includes 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, and living room.  In each unit there are 2 queen-sized beds, 2 twin-sized beds, 1 queen-sized pullout couch, and a 2-person loveseat.

There is also a large yard with 2 new outdoor showers, 2 gas B-B-Q
grills, and patio sets.  In front, there is a four car parking capacity on the property and plenty of street parking.

The house is located 2 short walking blocks from the Lavallette beach and 1 block from Barnegat Bay. The Lavallette beach has lifeguards present at swim zones during beach hours.  Lavallette charges a fee to go onto the beach.

This rental is available seasonal, monthly, or weekly. Both units works great for large families. Sleeps up to 16 people if both floors are rented.
