Completely renovated, modern, bright 1900+ sq foot home .2 mile walk to private association beaches on both Long Pond and Sheep Pond. Sheep Pond is one of the cleanest ponds in New England. It is clear, no muck to walk though! Swimming, boating and fishing on beach.
Living room opens to granite/stainless steel kitchen with island . 3 large bedrooms. 1ST MBR on first floor is large with walk in closet and master bath. 2 large bedrooms up, 1 is a MBR with a large closet. 2nd is a large bedroom with 3 bunk bed sets + room to spare, All bathrooms are newly renovated. House has a garage, 1st floor laundry,deck in a quiet private yard.
This house can quite possibly accomodate someone in a wheelchair. First floor can be accessed via a ramp from the garage (not ramp to specific code, but can send pictures with details. ) The first floor has a bedroom and large bathroom. The shower and toilet do not have grab bars. We had a guest who is a wheelchair ambulator. He found the house accesible, but did have difficulty with the shower. The first floor bathroom does have a large soak tub. First floor is open and uncluttered. The deck is level with the kitchen. I am happy to put you in touch with our guest who can speak candidly about the accessibliity of the house. I am also happy to answer any questions.

1000/week June and September +$150 cleaning fee. $3000/month of June or September.
1700/week July+ $150 cleaning fee
1800/week July 28-September 5 + $150 cleaning fee
Cleaning fee is waived if renting for 2 weeks
Minimum 3 night stay.
Sorry, full weeks only in the summer.
Rates listed are for parties up to 6 people. $50/pp extra per week for additional people up to 10..
