Welcome to New Smyrna Beach
The adventure begins when you rent this lovely 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home on the water for your vacation in New Smyrna Beach.
The beach is so beautiful that the continuation of it is a National Park, the Cape Canaveral National Seashore Beach. Great for finding seashells, fishing or boogie boarding.
Home to the Manatees, sea turtles, bald eagles, Dolphins and the good life.
The home is located in a nice, peaceful,quiet no crime rate community. The beach is a 5 min. walk or 2 min’s by bike to the beach. New Smyrna Beach has it all. You can drive, park, and swim on part of the beach the other part has no cars and you can fish from the Inlet to the national Park on the beach
A no crime rate community just off of the mainland across the bridge to the intra coastal waterway, onto this clean and natural beach side Island, with a romantic small town atmosphere, where you can walk on the beach in the moonlight.
This home sleeps six. 1 King bed in the master,1 Queen bed in the 2nd BR, and 1 twins in the 3rd BR and 1 twin in the Florida room.
The home has Cable TV, high speed internet and a 48’Phillip Flat screen HD TV. Two additional TV’s in the other rooms and 2 surfboards,
Boogie boards, 4 bikes, a small row boat are all included.
The home also has all the linens and towels you need as well.
The open kitchen has a counter with 4 high stools as well as a kitchen table to eat at and a view through the Florida room to the botanical Zen garden outside at the waters edge where you can quietly relax by the water in total privacy on a lounge chair.
The kitchen is fully equipped. The 2nd tropical garden in the back yard also has tables and chairs and a barbecue outside to relax and entertain with friends or family. Smoking is allowed outside.
Flagler Ave is close by foot and provides a full spectrum of unique shops and galleries of local artist and craftspeople, tasteful boutiques and lots of different bars, restaurants including some with fine dining and great wine lists all right near the home within walking distance.
We are the closet beach to all the major parks Disney, Universal, Sea World Wet N Wild, Cape Canaveral.
We have 3 airports close to the New Smyrna Beach exit. Daytona Beach is 20 min’s away, Sanford Orlando 45 and Orlando International is 55 min’s.

activities and attractions in New Smyrna Beach Atlantic Coast Central
You can go swimming in the ocean, or just plain relax in the sun at the beach. Bike riding a long beach side, or rent a kayak and check out the local dolphin and manatees. The shops on Flagler are right next to the beach and there are restaurants right there is you want a bite, or a drink for lunch.
The National Seashore Park has all types of historical places to see from the Turtle mound where the Indians once lived to one of the first houses here and how they survived. There are many places to walk down to the logoon and you can bring a fishing pole and fish or just go check out the view and watch for dolphins.
Right outside of the nationl park is a smaller park where the manatees have their calfs. Fun to watch them from the pier.
You can also rent kayaks and boat through one of the prettiest conservation area in Florida.
If your a golfer New Smyrna Beach and the surrounding area has some of the best courses offered in Florida.
Cape Carnaveral is also worth seeing and Merrit Island along the way.
Orlando has all the major parks Disney, Universal, Wet n Wild
Daytona Beach has the citywalk with all different types of activities for family and is a nice area to go shopping.
Saint Augustine is also a trip worth seeing the old Fort and the small shops will give you plenty to see and do for a day trip.
The lighthouse in New Smyrna Beach also has a nice boardwalk where you can see the ocean and take a dip in the sea.
