This charming house has plenty of room for 2 families.  There are 3 bedrooms upstairs with air-conditioning and a full bathroom.  The cozy finished basement has a trundle bed that sleeps 2, TV, washer/dryer and 1/4 bathroom; great room for kids to gather.  Main floor has a spacious eat in kitchen which can seat 10 people, deck with grill and retractable awning off the kitchen, comfortable family room with hardwood and fireplace, side deck and enclosed front porch (can enjoy morning coffee and newspaper in this quaint space).  Back deck is a great gathering spot to socialize and eat.  

KITCHEN-fully stocked kitchen including:blender, iron/board, coffee maker, Lobster-pot, dishwasher, microwave, grill, cooking spices.

BATHROOMS- 1 full bath includes tub/shower, 1- 1/4 bath (toilet in finished basement)

The rent for the property is $1550.00 per week, US funds.  Rent is due in advance.  50% or $775.00 when reservation is made. Balance of $775.00, *Security Deposit of $500.00, & 7% lodging tax $108.50  for a total of $2158.50 is paid 30 days in advance or by ______________.

If you would write a separate check for the security deposit, I will simply hold the check and return it to you the day of your departure, provided all rent is paid, premises are left in the same condition as when rented, and property is left clean, trash and all your food removed, and tenant has vacated premises by10:00am promptly on last day of rental.
