Cozy & Remodeled Riverfront Chalet on Verde River in Payson

This beautiful, river front, chalet is located on the East Verde River that flows year around and is a 1 1/2 hour drive from the Phoenix area and Sky Harbor International Airport. This home is on a secluded lot, adjacent to the National forest in the charming community of Beaver Valley. All roads are paved to the chalet. The community offers many hiking and ATV trails as well as various fishing holes along the East Verde River.

There is easy access to the river and a quaint beach from the steps on the lower patio. There you can swim in the swimming hole or relax and fish. There are breathtaking views from the fenced, wrap-around deck and flagstone patio following the river up to the mountains and gazing at the ( Little Diamond Rim ).

Also nearby in the rustic town of Payson are various shops, restaurants and even a Casino.  Whether your interested in Hiking, Riding ATV's, Hunting, Fishing, Museums, Historical sites, Shopping or just want to relax- this community has it all.

There are three separate bed rooms and three separate bathrooms.  All the bathrooms have showers.  There are two queen beds, and a hide-a-bed double twin bed n the bedrooms.  The Beds are very comfortable and include all bedding.   The loft has a sleeper sofa as well as a 52" Big screen TV and Foosball table.  There is also a 32" LCD TV in the Great room downstairs.  Both TV's have DVD players.  There is also several blow up mattresses in the loft for extra sleeping.

Downstairs master has jetted jacuzzi tub.

There are many activities to do near the cabin and in the town of Payson.  These include hiking, fishing, gambling, museums, national parks, movies, restaurants, antiquing and much more.  If you Google "Paysonrimcountry", there is a great website listed "Town of Payson, Official Tourism Website > Home".  This site has a lot of information on the charming town of Payson, and also lists the 35 most popular activities in the Payson area.
