This house boasts two large Master Suites, each with ocean views, king beds and a private bath. The main master suite has a whirlpool bathtub for relaxing after a hard day at play! It also has a large separate shower. This four bedroom, 3.5 bath home can be rented as a 2 bedroom, or 3 bedroom house for off-season dates, ask! This saves on the rate and the cleaning fee.
 Enjoy your morning coffee, evening cocktails, BBQ, or a book on the spacious roof top deck looking out to the Pacific Ocean; or from your master bedroom with a great view of the pier to the north, or straight out to the blue ocean. Just relax, take a swim or take a stroll on the beach to the strand in Oceanside, only 3 blocks. The gateway to San Diego, Oceanside is the classic California beach community with its warm sandy beaches, historic wooden pier and Cape Cod-style harbor village complete with unlimited water sports and recreation. Offering a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle, visitors still experience the casual spirit that made Southern California’s beach culture legendary.
 With its year round sunny climate, and average temperature of 70 degrees, Oceanside's weather has been rated by USA Today as the second most ideal climate in the United States, and the fifth most ideal weather in the world.

The beach area south of the Oceanside Pier is Oceanside's most popular beach. Surfing, body boarding and body surfing contests are held at the Oceanside Pier throughout the summer. There are also various events that are held in the Oceanside Pier Amphitheater. The pier itself is a beautiful walk and a popular fishing spot as well. Due to the number of beachgoers in this area, there are two lifeguard towers relatively close together. Lifeguard Tower 1 sits directly south of the pier and Tower 3 sits approximately 300 feet south of Tower 1.
 During the summer months, the area from Tower 1 south is closed to surfing most of the day. The area will be marked with a black ball flag as well as swim-surf signs and black-and-white checkered flags that indicate the boundaries.

Facilities : the pier area has a lot to offer. Covered picnic tables, benches and barbecues, as well as some fire rings on the sand. Restrooms and showers are provided. A McDonald's stand and other vending stands are also located under the pier. The pier itself offers fishing, a bait shop, payphones and restrooms. At the end of the pier is the 50's diner, Ruby's.
