Lakeside I is a beautiful new home right on Norris Lake. The home is built on what is called the 1044, which means it is built as close to the lake as allowed. This Lakeside floor plan, which sleeps 30, offers a wonderful home for stress-free vacations. It has vaulted ceilings, 2 family rooms, 3 decks with amazing views and lots of space for family and friends to gather and have fun.
The main floor has a kitchen, a dining room, a family room with a 46” flat panel TV and DVD player, a full bathroom, a bedroom with a king bed, and another with a queen and a twin bunk bed. The second floor has a master bedroom which has 2 double bunks (sleeps 8), and a private master bath. The lower floor has another family room, a full bath, a utility room with a washer and dryer, and three more bedrooms, one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and one with two sets of full bunk beds (sleeps 8). The additional lower level has a full bathroom and two more bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed and twin bunk beds.

Norris Lake is one of the cleanest in the U.S. and has 84,000 acres of water with 800 miles of shoreline. Nestled in the Smokey Mountains, Norris is a calm lake great for boating, skiing, wakeboarding, tubing, and fishing.
For the golfers, Lakeside Estates is near the Deerfield area golf course.
Lakeside Estates is about one hour from Knoxville for a lot of shopping and activities. Pigeon Forge Outlets and Attractions are only about one and a half hours away. For the kids, a water park in KY near the border of TN is about one hour away.
