The minute you arrive, you will feel at home. You are across the street from the beach, so you view is between homes, however the low bank easy beach access is just seconds away.  

So enjoy the deck, the view, or walk the beach and search for treasures or a glass float and explore the tide pools. This home accommodates 8 people.

Watch the whales, visit the casino,  play golf or just relax.

When you enter the home you are greeted with an open air room that is the living, dining and kitchen area. The wall of windows makes this large room light and and bright even when it might be raining outside. Enjoy a gas fireplace......comfortable leather lounge chairs and sofas, along with a TV,  VCR and stereo.  Also this home offers wireless internet service.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker. The dining table can seat 6 and there is also another table and extra chairs available. You will love the open room floor plan. 

 One the main floor is also 2 bedrooms and a full bath with a tub shouer conbo. The master bedroom has a queen  bed with a small sofa.   The 2nd bedroom on the main floor also with a queen bed.

 Sheets and towels are provided for 3 queen beds and 2 twin beds, ( 8 people).  Kitchen towels, cleaning supplies and rags are also provided for your convenience since you have a choice of cleaning the home yourself before you leave with no charge, or we can clean and the charge is $75.00.

Downstairs is a large room that has a queen and twin bunk-beds and another full bath with a shower only.  The washer and dryer is located in the garage just off this bathroom.

Parking for 3 cars   NO PETS      THIS IS A SMOKE-FREE HOME

Enjoy the many antiques stores Lincoln City has to offer.  Eat your favorite Seafood at the wonderful restaurants and don't forget the outlets stores where you can save all kinds of money. 

A Casino bus goes right by the door every hour on the weekend.  Newport Aquarium is 30 miles south.  Depoe Bay is just 15 minutes to the sough also where you can go Deep Sea fishing or take a Whale Watching cruise.

So there is plenty of things to do, might need a week just to get it all in.

160.00 per night with the 7th night free.

There is also a $ 100.00 damage deposit.
