3 bedrooms (sleeps 6)-each with its own ensuite; gym room/bunk room (sleeps 6)- has its own full bathroom;  gym room has 46" tv with video games; cardio workout gym equipment; theatre area with 56" tv stereo quality sound; formal dining area,  open kitchen with island eating bar;  family room; laundry room; salt water pool; 8 person hot tub; propane fire pit; lanai;
