The house is situated on the Chesapeake Bay's renowned "Crab Alley Bay", known as the best crabbing location on the bay. The home boasts a large functional dock with a boat lift that can handle boats up to 30 feet with a 2' draft at the dock. There are 2 kayak's available for your enjoyment and exercise. Great fishing and crabbing right from the dock. There is a sandy bottom perfect for swimming right off the dock.
16' foot Bay Cat center console available for rental at the rate of $150.00 per day, with a three day minimum rental.

We are located a short distance to many first class golf courses. Only 10 minutes away is Queens Town Golf Links "River and Lakes" courses. They are ranked 4th and 5th best public courses in Maryland.
