Vacation Rental Description
Our villa "Lakeside Retreat" is within the community of "Montego
Bay" and is beside a lake which is fully south facing. Disney is
just five miles away. Highway 192 is just a ¼ mile away (marker 14)
where you will find an abundance of major stores, vast gift shops,
international restaurants, buffets and take-aways, minigolf courses,
brand name outlets as well as a Wal-Mart 24hr Supercentre and much
more.
Our villa is furnished to the HIGHEST standards and equipped with
all the extras you would expect in a luxury home.
The accommodation features a spacious, fully fitted kitchen complete
with large refrigerator/freezer with auto ice maker, dishwasher,
microwave, coffee percolator, toaster, etc. There is a cozy
breakfast nook and a separate dining area.
The living area has a cathedral ceiling and looks out, through patio
doors, directly onto the pool area and lovely view beyond. There
is a 27" Cable TV (over 60 channels), DVD and Hi-Fi.
The Family area has 27" Cable TV, VCR, PlayStation with two pads and
memory card, PlayStation games, a selection of family Videos, DVDs
and books. The large sofa easily converts to a comfortable queen
size sofa bed.
There are three bedrooms. ALL with Cable TV and VCR. The master
bedroom has a King-size bed, en suite bathroom, walk-in closet and
patio doors opening directly onto the pool. The second bedroom has a
queen bed and the third bedroom, in 'Tweetie' theme, has
twin beds. All bedrooms have radio/clock alarms.
The large, private, south-facing, screened pool has plenty of room
for sunbathing to your hearts content and is only a few yards from
the lakeside, where a variety of ducks and cranes regularly visit.
Lighting in and around the pool allow you to enjoy the pool area any
time of day or night.
The outside dining area, with overhead fan, is spacious and
comfortable with deep padded seating on 6 chairs and 4 full length
loungers. The use of our Full Gas Barbeque (we ask for a
refundable 'cleaning'deposit) There is a 2-seater swing with canopy
and we have also fitted a poolside shower for your pleasure and
convenience.
There is solar heating all year round. The pool is usually
pleasantly warm from April through to October. The extra pool
heating may be switched on as an optional extra at any time of year.
This you can decide before or after you arrive.
Pets are NOT allowed and No Smoking except in screened pool area
