Rates will fluctuate dependant on season. Refundable Security Deposit of $450 required. Special Events and Holiday weeks are higher than regular in season rates. Rates are based on a Saturday to Saturday rent schedule. This home is open to renting outside of the Saturday to Saturday schedule but prices may slightly increase. Dates are FLEXIBLE!
Off season weeks start at $500 plus 12.5% tax
