The Carraige House offers high ceilings, hardwood floors, and beautiful decorations.  The main floor includes one bedroom with a double bed, cable TV and large closet, a large bathroom with laundry, full sized kitchen completely and generously furnished with everything needed to cook and entertain, a large livingroom with two couches and additional seating, cable TV and an adjoining beautiful window-lined sunroom which includes a couch with a pullout double sleeper.  The open-concept arrangement includes a full-sized dinning table and chairs.  Use the beautiful gradual spiral staircase to the second floor loft.  Here you will find high ceilings, large windows, a closet, built-in bureau and another double bed.  This room also has cable TV. 

A deck can be entered by sliding doors off the kitchen or from the sunroom.

Summer guests and UNE students alike, will find this a well cared-for property in a beautifully positioned location.

Biddeford Pool overs the quiet of a "best kept secret" with easy proxcimity to several beaches (Biddeford Pool, Fortunes Rocks, Goose Rocks and Kennebunk).  Within 15 minutes you can be enjoying Kennebunkport in one direction or Saco in the other.

Summer Season:  The Carraige House rents from May 23, 2010 to September 4, 2010 by the week.  A summer week = Saturday to Saturday, check-in after 2:00 p.m. and check-out by 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.

*** Note: Presently there are only two open weeks remaining for the 2010 Summer Season.  They are:

May 29, 2010 to June 5, 2010; June 5, 2010 to June 12, 2010 and June 12, 2010 to June 19, 2010 = $1,500, and

August 14, 2010 to August 21, 2010 = $1,800.

Academic Year (UNE Students):

The Carriage House is available for lease from September 5, 2010 through May 23, 2011.  The rent for this coming academic year has been set at $850  per month.  Please inquire regarding what is included with the rent.
