Is a unique custom built timberframe home located in the beautiful scenic rural area of Whidbey Island. It is located on 2.5 private flat park like acres with over 700' of shoreline on Whidbey Islands largest natural lagoon. There are fabulous views from every room in the home, and 7 State parks within minutes of the property. It is designed with indoor and outdoor entertaining in mind. The entire first floor, outdoor patio and parking area were designed for easy wheel chair access. The floor plan is open and airy. The property is ideal for family reunions or corporate retreats.

Lagoon House is designed with year round vomfort in mind and has in floor radiant heat throughout the home. Outside you will find a large outdoor patio entertaining area with fire pit, hot tub, and covered BB-Q food preperation area. A short walk through the trees and over the foot bridge spanning the seasonal stream will lead you to the covered bird viewing gazebo located just feet from the lagoon edge. It also has it's own seperate fire pit. It is also suitable for kids to sleep in on warm summer nights. Doting parents can see the bird blind from the main house. Inside this beautiful home you'll find leather furniture, a home theater and high end audio system. The over sized gourmet kitchen has over under ovens, large microwave oven, propane cooking surfaces, wine cooler and large refrigerator. The home contains all necessary cooking utensils, linnens, and towels, all you need to bring is food and clothes. There is an attched two car covered attached garage with plenty of parking for extra vehicles outside. The parking area, first floor, master bedroom and outdoor patio are completely wheel chair accessable and friendly.

Lagoon House is located in the beautiful rural area of central Whidbey Island. There are 7 state parks within minutes of the property, and also within a short drive to Historic Coupeville, Greenbank Farm, Eby's Praire National Historic Reserve and Deception Pass Sate Park. The quaint historic town of Coupeville with is city park, waterfront, warf, many restaurants, antique stores and specialty shops is located 8 minutes drive from Lagoon House. You will not find any neon signs or fast food restaurants here. Central Whidbey is in the rain shadow of the Olympic Mountains. That means less rain and more sunshine. The Keystone ferry is a 5 minute drive away, walk on the ferry enjoy a scenic and cheep 1/2 hour ride, then walk off and explore another historic small town, Port Townsend. This makes for a great afternoon trip. But no reason to leave Whidbey. There is paragliding, golfing, underwater dive parks, great public beaches, parks, farmers markets, many different festivals, oustanding mountain bike trails, and yes, even surfing here on whidbey island. We know all the good places just ask when you get here.
