"Fountain View" - Comfortable 2 Bedroom - Breathtaking Views in Fountain Hills

This 2 bed 1 1/2 bath condo is perfect for relaxing in the Arizona weather. This 2nd floor condo is located within walking distance of the local library, community center, and even Fountain Park. The views from your Master bedroom window are spectacular looking out over the 50 mile views towards 4 Peaks mountain range and beyond. This is a great place to return to after a full day of exploring, hiking, biking, horseback riding, gambling, reading, golfing..you name it.

Full kitchen, cable TV and internet hookup capability.

The main attraction is at Fountain Park, the world famous "fountain" of "Fountain Hills". This man-made fountain reaches 550 ft. (about as tall as the Washington Monument in D.C.). The fountain goes off for 15 minutes every hour at the top of the hour from 9a-9p, unless weather or excessive wind is present. Other local attractions are the "Fountain Hills Art Fair" which is held twice a year..once in February and once in October. The condo is within walking distance of the art fair. Other activities include traveling to "McDowell Mountain Park" for hiking trails, biking trails, or guided tours as scheduled through the park. At "Fort McDowell Adventures" you can horseback ride or even schedule group events. Also nearby is "Fort McDowell casino" for those looking for some gambling excitement. In Spring time the valley is full of Baseball fans looking for Spring Training games. You are not very far from many of the ballparks, with the closest in Mesa - "Hohokum Stadium" - Chicago Cubs Winter home. For golfers, there are many world class golf courses nearby, with 3 very challenging courses right in Fountain Hills. You are also near a Highway that can take you on many day trip destinations North to the Pine country to see the Mogollon Rim, or Roosevelt Dam, Apache Trail, Salt River Tubing, a town called Tortilla Flats, or the infamous Superstition Mountains, where legend speaks of a Lost Dutchman Gold Mine that was never found...All in all a very scenic and pleasurable place to visit and stay for awhile..

Minimum Reservation is for 7 days.

$500. a week (7 Days) during "peak" months - October 1 through Dec 31 ; $2000. month

$2000. a month (No Weekly Rates) "peak" months January 1 through March 30

$500. a week (7 Days) during "peak" months - April 1 through May 30 ; $2000. month

$400. a week (7 Days) during "off peak" months - June 1 through Sept. 30; $1600. month

If you book 2 months or more, a discount of $100. off will be applied. ($1900.month Peak and $1500.month Off Peak)

Payment may be made by Cash, Personal check, Bank check, Money order, Paypal.

A 50% deposit is required to reserve the condo with the balance due in full
at 30 days (1 month) prior to arrival.

Cable TV, Wireless Internet included with rental price package.

Electric Utilities for long term (3 months+) stays will be discussed and a separate agreement will need to be contracted.

Pets - are welcome but we need to know the breed and age of the pet. A refundable pet deposit (range $200.- $450.) may be imposed.

We also need to limit your pet to (1) and to be of the common domestic type (dog, cat, bird). (ex. no snakes, rats, reptiles or exotics)

Cleaning - A refundable cleaning deposit of $150. will be imposed.

Pool - At this time the swimming pool is not heated in the Winter months.

Washer/Dryer - Inside Condo - not coin-op

Cancellation Policy - If you book your reservation 6 months or further in advance, we will allow it to be fully 100% refunded prior to 90 days (3 months) before arrival. A 50% refund is available before 60 days (2 months) before arrival. No refunds available at 59 days before arrival.

This is applicable to the 50% down payment that was sent in to hold the reservation; (ex. $1600. sent in on a $3200. rate. $1600. is refundable at and before 90 days, $800. refundable at and before 60 days, and $0 refundable at 59th day before planned arrival).

If you book your reservation from 3 months out to 6 months in advance, the refundable rate is as follows: 100% refundable at and before 80 days, 50% refund at and before 45 days, and 0% refund at 44 days before arrival.

Any other "emergency only" cancellation requests would need to be discussed on a case by case basis.
