This condo has all the comforts of home.

Newly decorated, this gorgeous townhome is ready for a fabulous vacation or getaway.  Spacious 
living in more than 1500 S.F. with balconies off Living Room, 
entrance way and both Bedrooms.  Stunning View of the ocean.  Master 
Suite includes king bed, full bath and walkin closets.  All new 
furniture throughtout the home.  This is like walking into your own 
home but on the beach.  Second bedroom has queen bed and double 
trundle.  Added sleeping accommodations available with an electric 
queen inflatable mattress.  Electric grill available for outdoor 
dining on spacious front deck.  T.V's in L.R. and every bedroom, VCR 
in L.R. and master bedroom.  Equipped with a variety of game boards, 
cards, and beach equipment and toys.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Meticulously manicured condo community enjoys lovely oceanfront pool 
area, shuffleboard deck, tennis court, racket ball court and indoor, 
airconditioned game room.

Activities and Attractions

St Augustine is known for being the oldest city in the nation and 
offers a variety of touring options.  Enjoy the city thru horsedrawn 
carriage rides, old fashioned trolleys, even walking ghost tours in 
the evening hours guaranteed to thrill all ages.  Visit St George 
Street with quaint shopping and a variety of fine restaurants.  And, 
you're less than 15 minutes from two huge outlet malls on I-95.  A 
short drive (less than 2 hrs) to Orlando attractions, Disney, 
Universal, ETC.  Outdoor activities including boating, sailing, 
parasailing, surfing, or simply relaxing on some of the east coast's 
most fabulous beaches.  Don't forget about the Alligator farm.
Excellent Restaurants and Entertainment.

Vacation Rental Rates

$950.00 and that is including the tax and cleaning fees.  You check in on a Saturday at 2pm and 
check out is the following Saturday by 10am.  We request $250.00 to reserve the time and the balance 
due 1 week before arrival.

Seasonal Rates available.  Nightly rates during the fall and early 
winter (3 night minimum)  email or call.
