This year round 1500 sq ft NON-SMOKING home is situated on the desirable West Shore of Houghton Lake. 50ft of private lake frontage, shallow sandy bottom with gradual drop make this ideal for swimming.
This home has three bedrooms, two full baths, full kitchen, dining area, large living room and laundry room.
First floor bedroom with double bed. Second floor large bedroom with three single beds and room for two full size air mattresses. Third bedroom has one double and one single bed. Living room has fold out sofa.
Outside has deck, gas grill, fire pit with lounge chairs and long dock.

There are plenty of things to do around Houghton Lake; movie theater, putt putt, batting cages, go carts, shopping, golf, ice cream shops, snowmobile trails and plenty of restaurants to please everyone's taste!
