Our villa is located only steps (2-3 min walk) from the world famous Siesta Key Beach rated #1 in 2011 by "Dr. Beach" of FIU's Laboratory for Coastal Research! If you love the beach, you can't get much better than that!
Our newly updated coastal living inspired villa is located in a gulf front community called Gulf Haven. From the time you enter the unit from the covered carport at your door, you will see and feel the tranquility that comes with being on the Gulf! The unit has been freshly painted in soothing tones. The unit is designed with an open floor plan that includes a great room with vaulted ceiling which gives you a very spacious feeling. The fully equipped kitchen and bedrooms are off the great room. The master bedroom has an en suite bath.
The unit has been appointed with new Paula Deen furniture in a linen finish and neutral tones. The great room has been furnished with a 46" flat screen HDTV, new queen size sleeper sofa covered in a khaki cotton fabric, 2 stylish arm chairs, 54 in dining table and 6 comfortable chairs. An eye catching chandelier embellished with crystals hangs above the table adding a little sparkle to the space. A dimmer switch allows you to set the lighting to your desired setting. The master bedroom coordinates with the great room and includes Paula Deen furniture with a queen size bed and a complimentary sea grass headboard from Pottery Barn. The bed linens compliment the wall color for a spa like feeling. A 46" flat screen HDTV is also included. The unit also includes a screened in patio with seating for 4.
