City's Historic Old Town. It boasts an exceptional location! It is a  
two minute walk to dining, entertainment, and shopping on Main  
Street, and a five minute walk to the Town Lift to Park City  
Mountain Resort, and to ski rentals; ski back via Quit'n Time run. It  
is also a five minute drive to Deer Valley, a ten minute drive to The  
Canyons, and 50 minutes to Alta, Snowbird, Solitude and Brighton. 
 
This home is exceptionally appointed with top-of-the-line fixtures,  
appliances, flooring, furniture, and bedding. The home also offers  
two car covered parking and an eight person hot tub on a deck  
overlooking Historic Old Town.  
 
You will love the location! The Town Lift is a short downhill walk  
and you can ski down Quit'n Time to the house at the end of the day.  
Or ski back down to the Town Lift via the new bridge, store your  
skis, and engage in some apres ski activity before walking back to  
the house. After a hard day of skiing, hop into the hot tub on the  
deck and take in the view of downtown Park City. When ready, walk  
down a set of stairs to dinner and entertainment.
