From the moment you walk in through the front door you’ll be taken by the openess of this home, and the peaceful feeling it emits and transcends to you.  The large spacious living room has a 15 foot wall of sliders opening to the exterior deck of the house.   Curl up with a good book, connect to the high speed cable internet, or watch your favorite TV show in the living room.  

You’ll love the large elevated, second story deck for eating your meals outside or sunning in one of the loungers. 

The modern kitchen with newer appliances will entice your culinary senses.  The views of the Gulf while cooking will make the time spent in the kitchen a grand experience.  The dining room is surrounded with floor to ceiling windows to take in all the views that surround you. 

The master suite overlooks the Gulf and opens to the exterior deck.  It has a large, walk-in closet, and full private ensuite bath with his and her sinks.   After a well deserved day spent relaxing on the beach, you’ll rest peacefully on the king size bed.  Catch a late night movie on the in-room TV, before drifting off to sleep. 

The second and third bedrooms both have queen size beds and share a full bathroom in the hallway. 

This home is equipped with high speed cable internet, free unlimited, long distance and local calls, your own private washer and dryer, and a gas grill.

For those of you who want a truly relaxing vacation, we offer full concierge service, daily housekeeping and turn down services.  Let us know how our concierge can assist you.  We can arrange for special occasion items to be waiting for you, or that special someone in your party, upon your arrival.  Groceries, fresh fruit baskets, floral arrangements, limo/dinner packages, an in-house massage, are all things that we can arrange for you to make your vacation ultra special.   Catering of your special event can also be arranged.

Seven miles of white, sugar sand beach are right outside your backdoor.  Fishing from the Gulf waters will provide you with your own fresh fish dinner.  Enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida where you can swim with dolphins and manatees or search for shells and sand dollars.  Charter boats, jet ski’s and parasailing rentals are within walking distance.  Enjoy a day or night out on the Casino boat or take the Key West Ferry for a day adventure to Key West.  Catch some of the local artists at one of the many beach bars, enjoy great restaurants and fantastic shopping.  Looking for something to do after the beach?  There are numerous golf courses, mini golf, frisbee golf, libraries, a movie theater, water park, and much, much more.  Further out you can enjoy museums, the Shell Factory, the Imaginarium, Calusa Nature Center, Naples Zoo, or an Everglades Airboat or Swamp Buggy adventure. 

Walk to Santini Marina Plaza, just a short walk away, or the Bay Beach Executive Golf course. At the plaza you can get fresh fishing bait, rent a boat for the day, browse the many shops for clothes and treasures to take home or enjoy a delicious meal in the numerous restaurants.   Many other shops and restaurants, along with the beach movie theatre, are just a short walk or ride away from the house. 

Trolley stops going both North and South bound are right in front of the house.   Jump on the trolley for 50 cents per person and see the island or head down to Lovers Key State Park for some wildlife viewing and private beaches. 

Off Season: $1000-$1300 weekly,  $3500-$4000 monthly

Peak Season: $1600-$2100 weekly, $5600-$6650 monthly

To the above rates, please add an 11% FL Sales Tax, a $40 nonrefundable booking fee, a $75 nonrefundable damage waiver fee and a $140 cleaning fee.  Rates include all utilities. Arrival/departure days of the week are flexible to fit your vacation schedule.
